I KNOW I have a nasty virus but can't scan it. As a quick fix, just killing the itsvc.exe process stopped the web ads and junk. That'll give you the file path the executable is in and you can delete it manually.

SUPERAntiSpyware cleaned up a whole bunch of tracking cookies too which seems to be making firefox run faster. AVG anti-virus scan, Malwarebytes scan, AdwCleaner, HitmanPro all come up clean. JAVA/Exdoer.BC.1 it was a mean one, but i don't think anything critical has been compromised at all. Take out as much trash as possible here. Hope this helps those who couldn't fix the malware with the clean re-install. After the reboot, OTScanIt will finish moving any files that could not be moved during the fix and NotePad will open with the final results at that time. Then on reboot I recieved a bunch of windows error messaged saying it couldn't do a bunch of stuff... These on-demand scanners are free and take considerable time to run.
I'm not sure where the actual location of the virus file is or i would delete it myself.
