Also you can be fairly sure you have a good svchost when the process path is C:\Windows\system32\svchost.exe. i simply go to C:/windows dir and delete svchost.exe 35.5kb. If I end the process on one of them then the usage on it will go down but will not go up again untill the scvhost that I stopped restarts.
